Hema Byrapuneni, M.D. (affectionately called, “Dr. B”) is a board-certified Internist. Dr. Byrapuneni attended Siddhartha Medical College in Vijayawada where she received her M.D. in 1996. After medical school, she completed her 3 year Internal Medicine Residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Byrapuneni worked as an Assistant Professor at Morehouse School of Medicine for 4 years. Dr. B has been part of Cumming Family Medicine since 2008 and has admission privileges at Northside Forsyth Hospital and Chestatee Regional Hospital.
